Chew Valley School has a long history of success. Students do extremely well in their examinations and go on to glittering careers at university and beyond.
Throughout their time with us, we ensure that students receive support and guidance with a comprehensive and varied Careers Education.
Careers education at Chew Valley School is delivered in a number of ways and the information below will give you an insight into the careers support available in school.
Our careers advisers and progress mentors work with each student to make sure that strong pathways have been established and those leaving school continue to be tracked and given access to the best possible advice. Our work to prepare our young people for success in the future is supported by our Business Partnership.
More than 100 local and national employers work with us to provide work shadowing,
practice interviews and information about their businesses to our students.
As part of our commitment to informing our students of the full range of learning and training pathways on offer to them, we are happy to consider requests from training, apprenticeship and vocational education providers to speak to students.
